You are not your past, and you create your future.

Addiction. Trauma. Abuse. Self-Abandonment. Behaviors that began as a way of avoiding pain that only end up creating more of it. Recovery is more than just the physical process of healing from these wounds—it is the vital, courageous work of confronting everything that has kept you from your true self.

Kristina Margaret is no stranger to this disconnected life. With the wisdom and sincerity of one who has walked this path herself, she will be your compassionate guide as you embark on your journey to self-reclamation.

Recover Me does not offer easy fixes or empty platitudes, but rather invites you to own your truth and take radical responsibility for yourself and your life. It challenges you to live intentionally, to face the painful experiences you have avoided without judgment, and to reconnect with the powerful feminine energy that is your birthright. Within its pages, you will explore:

• The wounds of the feminine, reclaiming the power stolen by patriarchal violence
• Righting ancestral wrongs, addressing generational trauma and creating a healing pathway for those who will come after you
•  Ayurveda and the Wheel of the Year, connecting deeply with nature and its cycles for healing and transformation
• Deep self-acceptance, manifesting a life in which you are sovereign and sacred

Through powerful practices and affirmations, you will learn to align with your highest self and cultivate the life you deserve. Thriving is a state that exists outside of coping. Now is the time to connect with your wild, primal freedom.
